Evolve Wellness Center Hosts “Healthy Neck and Shoulders for a Balanced Lifestyle” Workshop at Faraday Technology

In celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20th, Evolve Wellness Center partnered with Faraday Technology to host a workshop titled “Healthy Neck and Shoulders for a Balanced Lifestyle.”

This event, part of the #EvolveHealthTalk series, focused on improving employee wellness through practical health solutions.

Keynote speaker, Nguyen Khanh Linh, a specialist in musculoskeletal health, shared valuable insights and methods to alleviate neck and shoulder pain, common in office settings.

The workshop provided employees with both knowledge and hands-on experiences, including body analysis, skin check-ups and relaxation activities.
