#EvolveHealthTalk 1: Enzyme Fasting – a detox method favored by the Japanese

As you probably know, the Japanese are famous for their healthy lifestyle and diet. However, in addition to selective intake of nutrients, they also attach great importance to the purification and detoxification of the body (Detox).
